Director Prasanth Varma crafts a solid entertainer… HanuMan is ambitious and exciting – packs drama, emotions, VFX and mythology skilfully… Loaded with goosebumps moments + extraordinary finale… Recommended. The VFX plays a pivotal part, garnishing the goings-on wonderfully, but not once does it overpower the story… Dubbing of all principal characters is appropriate… Only hiccup, the run time could’ve been shorter [first half drags at times].

On the whole, HanuMan is an entertainer and it will score very well at the box-office.

Director Prashanth Varma earns some brownie points for skilfully weaving elements of mythology in a contemporary setting. Many filmmakers have lessons to learn from this young man on how to balance bhakti and entertainment. He also puts across a strong message that a superhero is not one with special power, but one who dares to stand up for the truth when he has nothing.

Once you see that bit of a film, it will remind you of the 90s low budget movies. Amritha Aiyer’s performance is bit of a put on as much as the character of the film. I wish the makers dealt with developing the character of Michael. Trying to know why Michael is doing what he is doing. But despite a lot of drawbacks in the story telling, the VFX work is brilliant which cannot be ignored. Being a family film, HanuMan will keep you entertained throughout.

Ever since, we were kids, for us, Hanuman was not just a deity but a superhero in his own right, who is a testament to his deep devotion, loyalty, and dedication to Lord Rama, making him a revered figure in Hindu mythology for his selfless service and unwavering commitment to dharma (righteousness). And, the film Hanu Man amplifies that sentiment, making it a delightful experience for audiences of all ages.”Wherever there is righteousness, Lord Hanuman prevails.”

On the flip side, the team could have edited the movie even more. Especially, the first half was a tad slower and the initial momentum was completely on the downside. The movie picks up only after the first 30 minutes. After that, the movie is a complete Non-Stop Entertainer and the entire second half is a BANGER.
